Bookkeeper For Meriden Biz Charged With Stealing $37K: Report
A Meriden bookkeeper was arrested on charges that he she stole more than $37,000 from her employer.
MERIDEN, CT — A bookkeeper for a local construction company has been arrested for stealing $37,000, according to The Meriden Record-Journal. Brittany Delsanto, 28, of 50 Jacobs St., Bristol, was charged with first-degree larceny.
She was released on $40,000 bond.
The owner of Nanfito Roofing and Siding and AVT Construction reported to police last year that Delsanto wrote herself checks from June 2017 to September 2018. She was fired in September 2018, according to The Record-Journal.
