Ceiling Collapse Forces Marshalls To Temporarily Close In Meriden

MERIDEN, CT — The Marshalls located at the Town Line Square Shopping Center on South Broad Street had to temporarily close this weekend after an "overhang ceiling outside the store collapsed" Saturday afternoon, according to the Meriden Record Journal.

No one was hurt. The cause of the collapse is under investigation and while no damage was found inside the store, Marshalls closed temporarily but was expected to quickly reopen.
