Police have identifed the hiker who was found dead at Giuffrida Park as Timothy Gardinier, 51, of Meriden.
He was found dead Wednesday afternoon, according to the Record-Journal.
Firefighters responded to the park on a report of a hiker suffering a medical problem. He was found unresponsive on a trail.
