Liberty Bank is seeking applications for the Donald B. Wilbur Scholarship.
Candidates must intend to enroll in full-time study at an accredited college, university, or other institution of higher education with the goal of majoring in engineering or a technology-related field. This $1,000 scholarship was established in 2008 at the retirement of Don Wilbur as chairman of Liberty
