The Ethel Walker School Announces 2019 Graduates

A student from Meriden recently received her diploma from The Ethel Walker School in Simsbury.

SIMSBURY, CT — The Ethel Walker School, an independent college preparatory boarding and day school for girls in Simsbury, has announced Mariah Dunn of Meriden graduated during the commencement ceremony for the Class of 2019.

She was a member of the student government, serving as the senior class president. In addition, she was recognized in the “Girls High School Basketball Fabulous 15” by The Hartford Courant for her contributions to varsity basketball. During the school’s annual Prize Night, she earned the Barbara Byrnes Class of 1936 and Elizabeth Byrnes Class of 1939 Memorial Prize for effort and achievement.

Dunn will attend Eastern Connecticut State University in the fall.
