Gina Juliano will present Couponing 101. Everyone knows about coupons and how to use them, but not everyone knows how to use them effectively. Participants will learn how to maximize their savings and use coupons to shop for FREE. Participants will be able to cut their grocery bills, use couponing vocabulary, read a blog list of grocery and drug store deals, create an effective shopping list, understand stockpiling, effectively organize coupons, and use coupons to obtain items for free. Participants are encouraged to begin saving their Sunday coupon inserts and bring them to class. Participants should also have a basic knowledge of computers and the Internet.
This program is free, and all are invited. Please contact the Community Services Department at (203) 630-6349 or visit the library’s web page at www.meridenlibrary.org and click on "Adult events" to sign up to participate.
