Frank Federico workshop

Gallery 53 is hosting a workshop, Mood ... And More, led by Frank Federico on Saturday and Sunday, April 28 and 29th from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. Frank Frederico is an internationally known artist, a Master Pastelist, a member of the Pastel Society of America, the International Association of Pastel Societies, the National Watercolor Society, the Degas Pastel Society and the Connecticut Pastel Society. He is a nominee for the the 2012 Hall of Fame Award given by the Pastel Society of America. This workshop will teach new and exciting techniques for creating mood paintings in gouache and pastel.
