The Health and Wellness Council of the Greater Meriden Chamber of Commerce is hosting its first annual Healthy Body, Brain, and Business Competition on Saturday, September 17, 2011, at the YMCA Mountain Mist Outdoor Center.
The registration fee per team of four (two female, two male) is $100. Proceeds will benefit the Meriden YMCA.
All team members must sign a waiver form, available on the Chamber’s website.

Challenges will be selected from a list also available on the website. They will include two outdoor physical activity challenges and two brain power challenges. Each specific mission being competed will not be known until the morning of the event.
Dress for outdoor activity. Comfortable clothes and sneakers are a must.

Each team must choose a captain. A team name, costumes, face paint, fun and enthusiasm are highly encouraged!
The winning team will get a trophy and bragging rights as the healthiest business in Meriden… until 2012 that is!
Is your business up for the challenge?
This is a fun group event for workers of all fitness levels! Bottled water will be provided; concessions will be available for purchase through the YMCA. After the challenge, teams are also welcome to bring picnic lunches and enjoy an afternoon at the Mountain Mist Outdoor Center!
