Kettlebell Training at the Y

Stuck in a training rut? Bust out in a big way with a kettlebell workout. Achieve terrific results by adding new movements from a variety of one- and two-handed swings, chops, twists and lifts. Work in a small class setting (seven maximum) with a certified personal trainer and kettlebell master instructor to bring your workouts up to a whole new level.

Class Times:
Monday, 12:15pm or 6:30pm
Thursday, 6:30pm
Friday, 5:15am

A beginner class may be available upon request.
