Middle School Strength Program at the Y

Trained Fitness Center staff will provide all needed instruction with free weights, Cybex strengthening equipment and cardio equipment to ensure proper technique and encourage positive lifelong exercise habits.

This is an ongoing program for children in grades 6-8. Let our professionally trained staff teach your child how to use the equipment and about gym etiquette. Good workout and healthy habits start at a young age.

Dates: March 1 - April 14
