Fire Damages Meriden Restaurant
A fire Tuesday afternoon resulted in damages to a local restaurant.
MERIDEN, CT - A Tuesday afternoon fire damaged a restaurant on Hanover Street, according to the Meriden Record-Journal. The fire started in the restaurant's grill and smoke destroyed much of the food.
There were no injuries. The business located at 133 Hanover St. will have to temporarily close for repairs, the Record-Journal reported.
