“Due to the commotion and refusal to leave when ordered, Livingston was placed under arrest,” police wrote in a news release. “She resisted and attempted to flee but officers were able to handcuff her with minimal force. As officers were walking her down the stairs another responding officer entered the staircase from below. Livingston kicked the officer in the stomach and then attempted to slip out of her handcuffs. Livingston continued to kick and become combative as officers attempted to remove her from the store.
“Once outside, Livingston continued to refuse to cooperate. She would not get into the back of the cruiser so the officers could close the door. After refusing to get into the vehicle a taser was utilized to gain compliance. Livingston then kicked an officer in the face and another officer in the shin.”
