Food Truck Festival Canceled In Meriden
Organizers announced the decision on Wednesday.

MERIDEN, CT — The food truck festival scheduled for this weekend at Hubbard Park in Meriden has been canceled, organizers announced on Wednesday morning. U.S. Food Truck Fest said in a post on Facebook that it was a “very tough and rare” decision to make but this weekend’s show is canceled due to weather.
“Hubbard Park is a very unique location which we can't jeopardize the beauty and integrity of the grounds when weather like this strikes,” the post reads. “We are also keeping in mind the vendors best interest especially those traveling from out of state and the quality of the show that our spectators come to expect just wouldn't be there with weather this way. Vendors who's checks were cashed will have the option of applying the credit to our Oct 13th&14th Hubbard Park Fall Fest, otherwise refunds will be issued. Thank you all for your understanding in advance.”
