Free Bulky Waste Day To Be Held At Meriden Transfer Station

MERIDEN, CT — The City of Meriden is hosting a free bulky waste day at the Meriden Transfer Station from 7 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturday, April 6, for Meriden residents only.

Proof of residency is required.

Officials said no commercial vehicles will be allowed, and rental trucks for personal use are permitted.

Note that leaves/brush, electronic recycling, and mattresses in good condition are always accepted at no charge during regular hours.
