“The gunshot victim had been in a vehicle on Yale Avenue when the vehicle was struck by gunfire,” police wrote in a news release. “At this time this appears to be a targeted shooting and not a random act of violence. A vehicle occupied by multiple people is suspected of firing rounds at the victim’s vehicle. Based on witness accounts and evidence gathered from the scene, the suspect vehicle may be a gray or silver Honda. We are working to get a better description of the suspect vehicle and suspect shooter(s).
