In what some consider a surprise move, the Thrillist has named K. LaMay’s the best burger you can get in Connecticut.

Even in Meriden there is stiff competition for the best burger in town. Many love Ted’s and others in the state also love Louis’ Lunch on Crown Street in New Haven.

Authors Kevin Alexander and Liz Childers admit that the other two places are top contenders as well, but they appreciated the bigger burgers, cheddar cheese and kaiser roll combo of LaMays.
