LLC Buys Meriden Hampton Inn for $4.25 Million
The 10 Bee St. property sits near I-91 near the parallel intersection with Route 15.
The partnership that owned the Hampton Inn in Meriden has sold the property for $4.25 Million, according to property records available in the Meriden Town Clerks' Office.
The documents listed the new owner as Meriden Lodging Associates, LLC. The original owner, W2007 EQI Meriden Partnership, LP, finalized the sale of the property on April 25. The deal was recored on May 1.
The hotel is known for serving both the Meriden and Wallingford area. It's located near I-91 at 10 Bee St.
The primary agent in the LLC was listed as Rishi Goragandhi, according to the state's records.
