Local Organizations Invited to Participate in South Meriden Festival's Christmas in the Village
South Meriden Festivals invites local organizations to participate in Christmas in the Village on December 2.
Christmas in the Village is the first Saturday in December, from 2:00 to 5:30, on Main Street, South Meriden. South Meriden Festivals, Inc. welcomes the opportunity for organizations to be part of this day of merriment and fun for the greater Meriden community.
Organizations will be fee to give away items or literature that supports their cause, but it must be FREE. Please bring plenty, as we have had up to 2,000 attendees. Please note that there is NO SOLICITAIONS during Christmas in the Village. This means NO Selling of items of any kind, nor asking for monetary donations for the organization.
To participate, organizations must bring their own table, tent, give-a-ways and/or materials, and staff.

Organizations must confirm their participation in Christmas in the Village two weeks PRIOR to the event to be included in the program. (ie name of organization and item or info). Questions can be directed to: southmeridenfestivals@yahoo.com
