Man Drowns In CT River In Portland: Reports
A man swimming at a yacht club drowned in the Connecticut River on Saturday night, according to reports.

PORTLAND, CT — State police are investigating after a body was pulled from the Connecticut River, according to FOX 61. Portland police and state Department of Energy and Environmental Police were called to the Glastonbury Yacht Club in Portland on Saturday evening for a possible drowning.
Police identified the man as Jhonny Herrera, 50, according to WFSB 3-TV. Herrera was reportedly swimming at the club.
He was taken to an area hospital and pronounced dead.
