Meriden Cop Injured When SUV Rolls Over Her Leg
A police officer is anticipated to make a full recovery after the incident Monday.
MERIDEN, CT — A police officer was injured Monday when a SUV rolled over her leg, according to The Meriden Record-Journal. The officer is expected to make a full recovery but was out of work Tuesday.
The officer responded to a parking complaint Monday afternoon on Maple Street. A witness said the vehicle began rolling back when the officer got out and she was struck while chasing the vehicle, The Record-Journal reported.
