A Meriden father and son have been charged with attempting to steal copper piping from a Britannia Street warehouse.Carlton Cooper, 41 and Jermaine Cooper, 23, were arrested Monday night, according to the <a href="http://www.myrecordjournal.com/meriden/meridennews/6933702-129/father-and-son-charged-with-burglary-after-attempting-to-steal.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Record-Journal.</a> Police were on the lookout for a suspicous vehicle when they saw Jermaine Cooper exit the building.
