MARCH FOR LIFE 2015 - WASHINGTON, D.C.

The theme of the 2015 March for Life in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, January 22 is “Every Life is a Gift!” No matter one’s disability, race, gender, the circumstances of one’s conception, or any other factor, every person is a gift from God!

Associated events begin on Wednesday, January 21 and continue into the weekend. See the calendar at the end of this newsletter for a listing of March for Life and related events.

Join an expected 250,000 or more pro-lifers from all over the country at the largest pro-life event in the world! 750 - 1000 Connecticut pro-lifers are expected to make the trip! Join us! Be there!

MARCHES FOR LIFE 2015 - LOCAL

Connecticut pro-lifers are encouraged to organize a local March for Life or other pro-life event in your own hometown or nearby city on or around January 22, the anniversary of the notorious Roe v. Wade abortion decision.

Several local events and marches have already been scheduled:
January 18 (Sunday)Windsor Locks - St. Mary’s Church - 9 AM Mass/followed by speaker/March for Life
New Haven – Connecticut State Council - Knights of Columbus – Annual Mass for Life,St. Mary’s Church, 10:00 AM, followed by Baby Shower for Unwed Mothers

January 22 (Thursday)New Haven – St. Mary’s Church, Hillhouse Avenue, 12:05 PM Mass, followed by march to Planned Parenthood (Note corrected Mass time – 12:05 PM)

January 24 (Saturday)Hartford - Cathedral of St. Joseph, 9 AM Mass and Rosary, Archbishop Blair – celebrant; followed by pro-life speakers program and refreshments downstairs in Cathedral. Co-sponsored by Helpers of God’s Precious Infants and the Connecticut Right to Life Corporation.

January 22 (Thursday) - Washington, D.C. - March for Life Run/Walk 5K - East Potomac Park ($40 fee includes t-shirt, refreshments)Registration at 7 AM, Run/Walk begins at 8 AM - March for Life Rally - Noon to 1 PM on the National Mall - March for Life 2015 - National Mall up Capitol Hill to the U.S. Supreme Court - Rose Dinner - Renaissance DC Downtown Hotel - 6 PM – $100 per person, in advance Keynote Speaker: Carl A. Anderson, Supreme Knight of the Knights of Columbus
