Meriden Home Improvement Contractors Among Most Heavily Fined in 2015

Connecticut's Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) has put together a list of the registered home improvement contractors who were ordered to pay the most in consumer restitution and civil penalties in 2015.

The 35 contractors listed were subject to restitution and penalties totaling $767,180.66 on 61 claims during the year, according to the DCP.

Here is the list of contractors, their base town, total fines, number of claims and current state license status:
