Meriden House Authority Looking to Acquire 16 Parcels
It will lead to a full renovation of the Yale Acres development and a new 50-unit complex on West Main Street.

The properties are needed for two developments. The first includes the redevelopment and full renovation of the 163-unit Yale Acres housing development and then the creation of a 50-unit West Main Street housing development, reporter Dan Brechlin writes.
