MERIDEN, CT — The city is instituting parking rules at Hubbard Park due to growing crowds, according to the city's Facebook page. Once the vehicle capacity is reached, then employees will ask drivers to wait in line at the West Main Street entrance so that cars can enter as others leave.

The city anticipates that these restrictions will be in effect during the warmer weather.
