Meriden Man Arrested On Drug Charges

WALLINGFORD, CT - A local man is facing charges after police found more than an ounce of marijuana in his vehicle during a traffic stop, according to the Meriden Record-Journal. Joel Cepeda, 20, of Meriden, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cepeda was stopped Monday afternoon near West and Ward streets. Along with the 1.28 ounces of marijuana, he also allegedly possessed two digital scales and other drug paraphernalia.
