Josaun Munoz, 36, of 58 Willis Ave., was charged with criminal attempt to commit first-degree assault, possession of a pistol, and unlawful discharge of a firearm. His bond was set at $500,000. The charge was related to a double shooting at the Citgo gas station at 54 Broad St. on Oct. 3, 2020. Michael Joseph Brown died from his injuries.
