Meriden Man Charged With Dealing Heroin
A city man was arrested recently on drug-dealing charges
MERIDEN, CT - A city man was arrested and charged on allegations that he sold heroin, The Meriden Record-Journal reported. Jerry Ortiz, 38, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, risk of injury to a minor, and interfering with an officer.
