MERIDEN, CT — A Meriden man recently won $10,000 on a winning lottery ticket, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Edwin Rios won $10,000 on a Play4 Day ticket that was sold at Teddy’s Stores at 1100 East Main St. in Meriden, according to Lottery officials.
