Meriden Officials Hopeful for Redevelopment Plans at 116 Cook Avenue
The Meriden Record Journal reports two development firms are interested in the property.

Meriden officials are hopeful that someone is interested in redeveloping 116 Cook Avenue, which is the site of the former Meriden Medical Center Building, which closed 14 years ago, reports the Meriden Record Journal.
Right now the 70,000-square-foot building, which the city purchased in 2010 for $70,000 sits empty, and debris is piled high throughout the facility.
Two private development firms are interested in the four-story building, the Record Journal reports.
