- Carlton Marable, 29, of Stratford, was charged with failure to wear a seatbelt and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
- Madelyn Camacho, 42, of 177 Murray St., was charged with driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
- Joshua Arroyo, 18, of 1655 Colony Road, was charged with illegal use of a cell phone.
- Vanessa Chapparo, 26, of 187 Sherman Ave., was charged with illegal use of a cell phone.
