MERIDEN, CT - When a 5-year-old Vermont girl heard about the Momo Challenge, she was frightened and even had trouble sleeping, according to WTNH.

But luckily the Meriden Police Department was here with a solution. Two members of the department posted a video saying that they had "caught" and that the girl doesn't have to worry anymore. The girl's mother expressed her thanks.

"Thank you Kim Ladyga and her friends Officers Shedlock and Lesage at the Meriden Police Department in Connecticut!" Grace-Billy Canfield wrote in a social media post. "We had a nervous 5 year old that now feels so much better. We even called Kim so she could explain to Evelyn what happens to bad people. Superheros do exist!"
