Man Shot At Meriden Bar, Police Say
A man was in stable condition this morning after being shot outside a tequila bar in town.
MERIDEN — City police are investigating a shooting that injured a man at a local tequila bar early Saturday morning, according to police and broadcast reports.
According to Fox 61, police were called to the Tequila Galore Bar, which is located on North Colony Road, after 1 a.m. today.
An officer manning the Meriden Police Department desk this morning said a male victim was in stable condition and no suspects were identified yet.

The officer said the victim was not cooperating yet with police, but the investigation is ongoing.
Police told Fox 61 responding officers saw blood and a shell casing in front of the bar's building.

Fox 61 said, later this morning, someone told the department a victim was dropped off at the Midstate Medical Center, which is located in Meriden.
