Meriden Police Seize, Drugs, Cash, Vehicle After Drug Arrests
Police arrested three people.
Meriden Police were busy Wednesday night busting alleged drug dealers in town.
Detectives seized four grams of heroin, 23 grams of crack/cocaine, 5 grams of ecstasy, two grams of marijuana, $2,000 in cash and a suspect’s vehicle as part of a crime suppression operation, according to police.
- Elvin Sanchez of North Broad Street was arrested and charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Sharon Ellison of Colony Place was arrested for possession of narcotics, possession with intent to sell, conspiracy charges for the previous counts, possession of marijuana and interfering with police.
- Raymond Rivera of Caitlin Street was arrested for possession of narcotics, possession with intent to sell and conspiracy for both charges.
