Meriden Resident Elected President Of NEASRNA
The Quinnipiac University graduate student has been elected president of the New England Assembly of Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists.

MERIDEN, CT — (From Quinnipiac University): Jacob Donnell of Meriden, a graduate student in the School of Nursing at Quinnipiac University, has been elected president of the New England Assembly of Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists.
Donnell, who is pursuing a doctorate of nursing practice in nurse anesthesia, will lead the 37-year-old nonprofit, student-run organization that strives to foster a sense of community among anesthesia students in New England, New Jersey and New York.
“It is an honor to be elected president of NEASRNA,” Donnell said. “I am excited to get to work and bring networking and scholarship opportunities to the organization.”

NEASRNA promotes advocacy and education and inspires professional commitment, political advocacy and community outreach. NEASRNA provides scholarships for academics and attendance at conferences such as the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists’ mid-year assembly and annual congress.
