EAST HAVEN, CT — A Meriden resident recently won $10,000 on a winning lottery ticket that was sold in East Haven, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Carl Estrom won $10,000 on a KENO ticket that was sold at Haven Deli & Convenience LLC at 453 Short Beach Road in East Haven, according to Lottery officials.
