MERIDEN, CT — A Meriden resident recently won $10,000 on a winning scratch ticket that was sold in Meriden, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Mary Lou Dow won $10,000 on a 10X Cash 16th Edition scratch ticket that was sold at Scott Oil at 271 East Main St. in Meriden, according to Lottery officials.
