MERIDEN, CT — A Meriden resident recently won $20,000 on a winning scratch ticket that was sold in Meriden, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

The resident, who wished to remain anonymous, won $20,000 on a 20X Cash 8th Edition scratch ticket that was sold at In And Out Convenience Store at 293 West Main St. in Meriden.
