MERIDEN, CT — A Meriden resident recently won $10,000 on a scratch ticket that was sold in the city, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
The resident won $10,000 on a CLEOPATRA scratch ticket that was sold at Shell Gas Station at 583 West Main St. in Meriden, according to Lottery officials.
The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
