MERIDEN, CT — All three Meriden football teams won in recent games.

Maloney beat South Windsor 42-25 and Platt won 21-20 at East Hartford on Friday night, and Wilcox Tech beat Platt Tech 35-14 on Saturday.

Maloney's volleyball team swept Middletown to improve to 17-2.
