Meriden's Wilcox Tech Opens 1960 Time Capsule Found at School
The 56-year-old historical archive was discovered while crews were renovating the high school.
MERIDEN, CT - A newspaper from 1960, business cards and a Christmas show ticket were found this week inside a 56-year-old time capsule found at H.C. Wilcox Technical High School.
The capsule was found about a year ago during renovations at the high school, reports Fox61 News.
Students created a new time capsule, which they buried at the school to be opened in 2066.
