The Mother of All Lobby Days!
For Meriden Non Profit Organizations Wednesday, May 6th

The Mother of All Lobby Days!
The Governor’s proposed budget would permanently eliminate a vast array of essential services for Connecticut’s most vulnerable and disenfranchised citizens: families living in poverty, individuals with disabilities, people struggling with mental health and addictions, individuals living with HIV/AIDS and children & families at risk. While the budget negotiations continue - nonprofit providers and the individuals they serve – remain at risk! Priorities matter.
People matter. Please join us on the Wednesday before Mother’s Day in our collaborative efforts to restore funding for health and human services at pre-rescission rates. Support a vital and sustainable network of services by fully funding the true cost of care for our state’s most vulnerable citizens!
