New Brewery Proposed In Meriden: Report

MERIDEN, CT — A developer is proposing to build a 16,000-square-foot brewery in Meriden, according to the Record-Journal.

The Record-Journal reports the proposed brewery would be built at 701 Research Parkway and include an outdoor patio and pavilion.

The brewery, which needs approval from the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Commission, would be modeled after the popular Tree House Brewery Co. concept, which has locations in Massachusetts and Woodstock, Connecticut, according to the Record-Journal.
