New Meriden Building Owner to Repair Collapsed Wall

A building on East Main Street that suffered a partial collapse and was scheduled to be demolished, but the new owner said he plans repair it.

The building’s back wall partially collapsed in January and created a structural integrity problem, according to NBC Connecticut. Tenants had to vacate the premises.

Nue Vuksanha purchased the building earlier this year and recently filed paperwork to stem the scheduled demolition.
