MERIDEN, CT - Owner Ignacio Cardenas says a new Mexican restaurant, Mr. Taco, is set to open in about three weeks, according to The Meriden Record-Journal. The restaurant will open in a former warehouse space at 69 Miller St. in the spot next to Big M Liquor.
Currently Cardenas operates a food truck of the same name. The new restaurant will serve dishes like fajitas, quesadillas, and burritos.
