New Officers Sworn In To Meriden Police Department
Meriden police welcomed six new officers to the department this week.
MERIDEN, CT — The Meriden Police Department swore in six new officers to the force on Monday, March 23.
The new officers will head off in the coming weeks to their respective basic training academies, according to police.
“Aleiya Vasquez, Morelia Dominguez, and Alex Rodriguez-Delgado will be attending the New Britain Police Academy, while Antreas Skourides, Luke Robles, and Donald Christofani will be staying right here in Meriden as they attend the CT Police Academy,” police wrote in a post on Facebook. “Please join us in wishing these dedicated young men and women the very best as they begin this important journey—preparing to serve and protect the citizens of Meriden for years to come. Your commitment to public service is commendable, and we look forward to seeing all that you accomplish. Stay safe and good luck!”
