No Rice and Beans at New La Brasa Grill and Restaurant in Meriden, Owner Says

The new restaurant, which features all-grilled cuisine, is set to open this weekend, according to the Record-Journal.

MERIDEN, CT — La Brasa Grill and Restaurant, a new restaurant in Meriden, is set to open this weekend on Hanover Street, reports the Meriden Record-Journal.

Owned by German Rosario, who owns the Caribbean Restaurant on Center Street, Brasa will offer all-grilled cuisine that does not feature rice and beans, he told the publication.

The menu will be heavy on steak, burgers, ribs, Italian sausage and other meats, which can be washed down by beverages featuring smoothies.
