Barbara was born in Meriden, October 15, 1935, a daughter of the late John J. Mik Sr. and Bernice (Stefanowicz) Mik and had been a lifelong Meriden resident. Barbara had been employed by the Miller Company in Meriden for 44 years until her retirement and was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Church. She is survived by her sister Rita M. Rowley and her husband James of Meriden; her brothers Paul Mik of Meriden, Charles Mik and his wife Cheryl of Durham, John Mik Jr. and his wife Joyce of Meriden; many nieces; nephews; grandnieces; and grandnephews.
