Obituary: Melonie Pallman, 49, Of Meriden

MERIDEN, CT — (From Wallingford Funeral Home): Melonie Pallman, 49, of Meriden, passed away August 15, 2023 at Connecticut Hospice in Branford.

Melonie was born in Sharon on December 19, 1973, a daughter of Sandra Hurlburt and Ronald Jones.

Melonie earned her nursing degree and worked as a visiting homecare nurse for many years. She enjoyed making arts and crafts, as well as spending time outdoors with her dogs.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Zachary Capitao of East Windsor; her daughter, Megan Pallman of Meriden; her sisters, Tina McAlister of Oregon and Brenda Lee Sands of New York; her brothers, Peter Arni of Tennessee and James Arni of Tennessee and many nieces and nephews.

At Melonie’s request, all services are private and are under the direction of The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main Street Ext., Wallingford.
