Obituary: Nicholas Inman, 44, Of Meriden

MERIDEN, CT — (From Wallingford Funeral Home): Nicholas Inman, 44, of Meriden, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, July 8, 2023 at Middlesex Hospital.

Nicholas was born in Meriden on January 17, 1979, a son of Barbara Daniels of Wallingford and the late Rudolph Inman.

Nicholas formerly worked as a car salesman for Meriden Hyundai and was known as “Hyundai Guy” a name he took pride in and loved.

Nicholas was funny and smart. He always had a smile and an optimistic view of life. Once you knew him you instantly became a friend. Coaching football was his passion and his team, the Meriden Raiders, made him proud every time they took the field whether for practice or a game.

In addition to his mother, Barbara, he is survived by his children, Tatyana Inman, Jade Inman and Quincy Inman, all of Meriden; his sisters, Tanisha Inman of Wallingford, Chaleta Sims and Stefanie Ford of Boston, MA, Rasheeda Inman of Meriden, and Catrina Tart of Winston Salem, North Carolina; and his brother, Brian Hudson of Meriden. He was predeceased by his brother Corey Inman and a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.

All funeral services are private. Arrangements are under the direction of The Wallingford Funeral Home, 809 North Main Street Ext., Wallingford.
